These terms of use govern the use of Good4Trust.org website (will be referred to as Website) owned by Good4Trust.org (will be referred to as G4T) by the subscriber (will be referred to as Member); by using Website, the Member agrees to these terms of use in full. If disagreed with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, one must not use our website.

These conditions are also applicable to persons supporting G4T through subscribing the monthly bulletin even if they are not a Member.

G4T may use Member’s personal information to:

(d) send the Member general (non-marketing) commercial communications;

(e) send the Member email notifications which you have specifically requested;

(f) send the Member our newsletter and other marketing communications relating to our business or the businesses of carefully-selected third parties which we think may be of interest to the Member, by post or, where the Member have specifically agreed to this, by email or similar technology;

(g) provide third parties with statistical information about our Members – but this information will not be used to identify any individual Member;

Where the Member submits personal information for publication on our Website, G4T will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the licence the Member grants to G4T. Any information other than that will be kept private.

G4T may disclose Member’s personal information to any of G4T employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

In addition, G4T may disclose your personal information:

G4T will store all the personal information the Member provides on G4T secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers.

The Member acknowledges that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and G4T cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

The Member is responsible for keeping her or his password and other login details confidential. G4T will not ask the Member for password (except when you log in to the Website).

G4T may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on our Website. The Members should check this page occasionally to ensure they are happy with any changes.

We may also notify the Members of changes to this privacy policy by email.

The website contains links to other websites. G4T is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.
